possible exposure?

i found hiv infected blood on the scissors which are used to trim in saloon shop....n i had cut wid that scissors on my cheek...is there b any chances of getting infection?i thought that the blood get contact wid my cut by that scissors..i read that hiv cannot survive outside d body...but my question is the possibility of getting hiv by the presence of virus in the blood out side the body....?can it b infectious to me?

i am thinking that the scissors has mono layer of the blood n there may b chances of presence of virus which may come to contact wid my cut n possibility to infect me....?
