possible hiv infection

hello im here worried sick because i think i might be infected with hiv, last feb i had an encounter with a csw. Everything was protected from beginning to end but i later found out she infected me with herpes. since sex was protected i got an herpes ob on my leg and never on penis. So i became concerned anout hiv i got tested 8 weeks after encounter and was negative but i still have the following symptoms:

sweaty smelly sweat on both legs when doing light activity

persistent red dry eyes for the past 4 months

ive notice my buttox got smaller

red pimples on chest and arms i never had before

2 swollen lymph nodes behind on my neck

sometimes i feel fatigued.

and cistic acne
please any suggestions im really scared i cant function in life thank u for your time, do i need another hiv test? are rapid hiv test accurate after 8 weeks?

i also have brown spots on my face i never had before, i bought clinique spot corrector but the spots wont dissapear they look like age spots but im 26. If theyre hiv spots how long do they last ??

When condoms fail they fail catastrophically.  You would have known if you had a condom failure.

thank you for responding teak, but is there a chance the condom might have had holes on it and not notice, or how do condoms break??
