No risk, no worries -- no matter whose blood.
Thank you dr for your assessment . So squashing mosqitous is no risk even if it was not my own blood and the blood was infected?

Welcome to the forum.
I'm not sure why you would try to make yourself vomit after swallowing a mosquito. There is absolutely no health risk from that. Presumably you're concerned about HIV, since you chose this forum for your question, but you cannot catch HIV that way. When AIDS first became apparrent 30 years ago, there were some worried about transmission of the virus by mosquitos or other biting insects. That was disproved almost immediately and it isn't something for you to worry about.
And by the way, when you slap a mosquito and see blood, it's almost always your own blood. The sting that makes us aware of a mosquito bite is typically at the end of the mosquito's blood meal from ourselves.
