Last night, had an interaction with CSW. No vaginal or anal sex. No oral from her end to me except sucking my balls.
No oral from my end to her except mastrubation with my fingers on her private area. Light mouth to mouth kissing.   Please can u evaluate the chances of infection.

You're asking whether her having her vaginal fluids on her hands and then masturbating you is a risk?
Well, it's not. For the same reason as Teak told you earlier.

Hello permit me to raise one more question. I had missed out mentioning that I had gotten a handjob without condom.
From the posts I read in the forum, I assume it not to be the case. May I please confirm the same. Though I am not sure in my episode, will the presence of any body fluid like blood or semen(apparently the lady self masteubated with the same hand) pose any kind of a risk.
Thank You in earnest

You never had an exposure to HIV.

HIV is unable to reproduce outside its living host (unlike many bacteria or fungi, which may do so under suitable conditions), except under laboratory conditions; therefore, it does not spread or maintain infectiousness outside its host.

HIV is transmitted by;
Unprotected penetrative anal and/or vaginal sex
Sharing works with other IV drug users
Mother to child
