HIV Possible Infection ?

i had sex with a girl ( Who have a not really past ) we had unfortunately unprotected sex in the middle of September of 2011 ,

after that i started to feel UN-Well , i have a swollen lymph on my neck & below my chin , Also i have a bad sore throat ( i'm hardly Swallow the food ) add to this that i have Ulcers all over my mouth ( on the tongue & Gums & sides of my mouth from inside ).. i still have those till now ( almost 4 months now -- )

all this start only after we had this sex,

She just take the test called ( HIV-1 / HIV-2 Antigen / Antibody ) on December 22",
the result come back Negative ( i want to upload the pic of the result But i don't know how )

MY Question's IS :
1- is there is any possibility for being infected with HIV after this time & test ?
2- should she repeat the test after 6 months as i heard from some people ?
3- shall i also take he test ( she was my first partner & only one ) ?
4- what else could be the reason for what i have ( All symptoms are telling me it is HIV )

BTW - i got like a small fever , muscle pain , night sweating , headache , all this after this sex with a small period of time ...

her test proves that she didnt have hiv at the time you had sex with her.  there is no reason for you to test.  she cant give you something that she doesnt have.

until you are in a monogamous relationship where BOTH of you have tested...ALWAYS use condoms for penetrative vaginal / anal intercourse.  sex lasts a few minutes...HIV LASTS A LIFETIME ! ! ! ! !

If she tested 3 months after having sex with you, which is what it sounds like and she got a negative result then she doesn't have HIV, so that means you don't have HIV.

See a Dr on your symptoms, they have nothing to do with HIV.
