rash + diarrhea after oral exposure

To whom it may concern,

I am a 19 year old male.. I have given and received unprotected oral sex to two partners. I have never participated in any other sexual activities whatsoever.

about two months after my last exposure I am having diarrhea (which has lasted for over three weeks so far), itch all over my body (especially penis) and TINY flat pink bumps all over myself (except face) that can only be noticed when looked at up close.. No fever or swollen lymph nodes. I am scared to death and my nearest oppertunity to get tested for HIV is not gonna be until mid september..

i need help knowing whether the rash and the diarrhea are typical HIV symptoms and what kind of result i should expect..

thanks in advance.
P.S. one of the reasons i am worried is because i ALWAYS brush my teeth vigorously before meeting people, causing my gums to slightly bleed, which increases the risk..

also, the diarrhea isn't TOO severe but i have to go to the bathroom once or twice a day and the stool is too mushy and it often floats

So this would suggest that previously documented cases of transmission strictly from oral sex are false?

ask Dr.K

info:GIVING AND RECEIVING ORAL SEX
QUESTION
I was wondering how safe oral sex is -- both giving and receiving.

ANSWER
Questions about oral sex are probably the most common ones we get. In terms of HIV, oral sex both ways is very safe. The University of California San Francisco and the San Francisco Dept. of Public Health just completed a study of men in San Francisco who have only had oral sex and found zero new HIV infections. A very recent study from Spain confirmed earlier studies that oral sex is safe sex in terms of HIV.

I really appreciate your effort comforting me but how can you say I was at no risk?? Have not there been reported cases of HIV contraction strictly from oral sex?? if it has happened multiple times before what's gonna prevent it from happening again?

You didn't have a risk of contracting HIV. See your doctor for your symptoms if you are concerned.
