rim job

Hi! Doctor!
Here is my story. I had three sexual encounters with CSW.
The first one is unprotected oral sex with protected vaginal sex in last March. Though I was told I am safe by the moderators of forums, I had several negative tests. The last test was beyond 6 months.
The second one is protected oral sex with unprotected hand job in last Sep. I should not be worried about this. But I got a negative test beyond 2 months.
I had a boil on my left thigh in this Jan and it resolved spontaneously in one week. My colleague took me to nude massage after a dinner party on Feb 04. The girl performed rim job and protected oral sex on me. I told the girl that I am scared of STDs and HIV. The girl said she never performed unprotected oral or vaginal sex. If customers ask unprotected oral sex, she used a condom skillfully. She let me lie prone and started rim job. She said she used a condom to cover her tongue(but I am not sure). She touched my anus and perineum with lubricants(I am not sure if she fingered into my anus...I think no). She licked my scrotum and penis for a few seconds (I was not wearing a condom). Then she started oral job. She said she used her mouth to put the condom on my penis. But when her mouth leaves my penis, she quicky removed the condom so that I didn't noticed the condom. I was scared but she told me she did use a condom. After I ejaculated in her mouth, she showed me a condom with semen inside.
I am worried about the rim job and she put on and removed the condom repeatedly. There must be saliva on my penis.
My wife wants to have another babe recently. So I am worried. And I got a running nose about 3 weeks after the latest encounter. I kept thinking about ARS. This drives my crazy.
Doctor please help me! I hope my anxiety is all from my misconception. I am glad to hear that "You DO NOT need a test". I felt having tests is a suffering process. It only can ease the anxiety for a short period.
Thank you!!

Welcome to our Forum. In preparing this reply I looked at your interactions on other Community sites as well.  I agree with all that has been said.

Your earlier exposures are non-issues.  You have been tested since those exposures at times when the test results are completely reliable- believe them.

As for your more recent exposure, condom in place or not (and I suspect it was in place.  Use your common sense, why would she NOT use a condom if you wanted her too?)  oral sex is safe sex in which HIV in not transmitted.  You do not need a test and you have no reason, other than your guilt which appears to be considerable, to worry about this exposure.   There is no risk for HIV and no need for testing.
