risk????

I'm working on  the construction site.Yesterday morning I cutted my finger with angle grinder.Not bleeding only just moist.(Burning wounds).When finised the job on afternoon more little bit moist sometime.The wound its little bit deep.After  i handshake my collegue,that hiv+!For him as well was few cuts or wounds on his hand.I am little bit worried now,because for me the same time was little open wounds.Was any risk for me?I can  to sex with my wife without comdom?

Welcome to the forum.

No worries at all.  There is absolutely no risk from this sort of contact.  Nobody in the world ever caught HIV from shaking hands with an infected person, regardless of cuts or nicks on the hands of either person.  You do not need testing and can safely continue unprotected sex with your wife.
