been screwing around with the same woman for 2 years, unprotected, oral, anal, vaginal, lately been feeling alittle weird after. fevers, night sweats, and this pimple thing in the picture. also a constant tingling/burning sensation in the tip of my penis.
stupid me, got a ** from a guy at a club about 4 weeks ago also, so im freaked out completely.

any input would be great, im convinced i have herpes, hiv, everything at this point

The only risk that you had was unprotected anal and vaginal sex and the only way to know your status is by testing. You can obtain a conclusive test result 3 months post your last unprotected anal and vaginal sex.
