I was also in an massage parlor and had protected sex with and only very briefly, however i have a burnig sensation that doesnt go away the doctor prescribed antibiotics and i still have the sensation.
I am really worry what should i do. the massuse used oil to masturbate as well could this be the problem?
I am in a similar situation with an Asian Massage parlour in Los Angeles, using less than appropriate protection.
I stupidly did the saran wrap thing as well, however, I did not finish the act due to realizing how stupid it was after about 2 minutes.
This was many months ago, and I tested negative on an OralQuick swab test and also negative on a HIV PCR DNA test today.
My symptoms were like most others, and I had myself convinced that I had infected myself and was certain to have a life changing disease.
Although, I am not 100% convinced that I am in the clear, I have stopped having panic attacks, started eating again, stopped crying, and generally feel better about my situation.
This board is great - you guys are life savers - literally.
the DR. does not have time to "split hairs" about "plastic wrap" OR "Saran Wrap" sooooooooooooooooooo silly.
are you serious? you are REALLY reaching here. now doesnt this sound silly if you re-read your post (last post) out loud? to yourself?
"Stop and Shop" brand or "Saran Wrap brand". it's all the same. RELAX!
and use condoms next time and save the saran wrap for food items.
Just wanted to make it clear that Plastic Wrap is the same as Saran Wrap right?
No significant chance of herpes, given the plastic wrap.

that is good to know, I had one more question. what is the odds of me receivng Gentail herpes
First, your massage partner probably doesn't have HIV. Second, the likelihood of infection from any single episode of vaginal sex is low, even without protection. Third, plastic wrap, although inconvenient, is a pretty good substitute for a condom.
Most commercial sex workers are not HIV infected, although of course I cannot predict any particular case. The 3 week test result is partly reassuring. You really only need one more test any time after about 6 weeks (in fact, your risk is so low that from a medical/risk perspective, you really don't need testing at al. But the negative result will ease your mind, so do it.)
All your questions have been addressed in great detail. For more information, search the forum for "HIV transmission risk", "vaginal sex", "time to positive HIV test", and "circumcision". The bottom line is that the chance you caught HIV is probably in the range of 1 in a million or lower.
Best wishes-- HHH, MD
