shared drink after tooth surgery

Hello. please help. I had wisdom tooth extraction and the same day in the evening my friend stopped by. I  accidentally changed the glasses and drank from hers :( it was some 10 hrs after surgery the wound still bleeding a bit and i am not sure about her hiv status, has had several one night stands last year.... I am very scared.  I know she has problems with bleeding gums when brushing teeth. Do you think i can be infected? It was not from mouth to mouth that glass sharing, maybe she drank few min before me maybe only seconds. Thank you very much. Iappreciate your time and help a lot.

The virus wouldn't be able to survive all that, if it exists in the first place.
Nothing to worry about, stay safe :)

You can NOT contract HIV in this way, even if there is some bleeding. Human saliva contains bacteria and enzymes that render the virus inactive........it would also have been exposed to air, rendering it inactive.
YOU DID NOT CONTRACT HIV
