sharps box

Hi guys, just a quick question i went for a hiv test today and they did the blood test and i had a vaccine for hep right the nurse brought the box ever so close to me while i was hanging my jacket up. when i looked it was right next to me. anyways when i went to put my jumper back on my arm hit the box - and scrapped something and i am ever so scared now it was a needle poking from inside.

what do i do? i know they dont use syringes to inject blood but do use them to inject the hep - could i have got hiv this way? the needle could have been pressed down who know. should i request pep,,,,

Is bumping into a box a risk..no. We can not speculate like you want us to that a needle made it though a box and into your arm and injected something into you.

A poke is not a risk.

So for some reason you think that in a box a needle is sticking out and went into your arm? This is anxiety at it's fullest.
