some HIV questions

I visited a csw today with body massage. After finishing the massage she put baby oil on my penis for hand-job (no condom). Afterwards, she tried to rub and clean the oil on my penis with just tissue (i am certain there are still oil on my penis) and then put a condom on my thing and gave me a blow-job. It contiued for ~2 to 3 minutes (no ejaculation)  and I removed the condom and get myself cum on her breast by rubbing. I cleaned my dick and urinated after.

1) Baby oil can denature condom and in my case does it pose a risk? the condom was intact when I removed it.
2) I found there might be a tiny (2-3 mm it looked like) stretch on my penis...it looked like some skin might be off...but no blood stain when i tried to press a tissue on the wound after i back home....i guess maybe i did that when I rubbed my penis on her breast after blow-job....does the wound pose risk also?
3) I read many posts stated that wound on penis can pose risk...is the wound must be some with "blood"? in my case...if just the skin is peal off...can HIV get enter my body via it?

Sorry for my bad english..many thanks

You never had a risk. Oral sex does not transmit HIV.
