stress about HIV

I would like some input on my situation about 3 years back I met a girl who is still my friend at a night club we ended up having vaginal sex for a few mins! I put on a condom but realize it broke, now over the years I have gotten colds here n there some headaches mostly at work, but that's bout it my only concern is that about a year back I began to get red irritated skin usually when my facial hair is growing from after shaving which sometimes becomes flaky, now am a hypocondriac n stress myself about everything so when I google irritated flaky skin slot of things of HIV come across, now I still speak to this girl mostly online! But I never ask her about her HIV status n am concern, I would appreciate any input thanks to whoever replies!!

if you had unprotected sex...you put yourself at risk of not only contracting hiv but other stds as well.  it's true that the chance of a one time exposure will result in infection..but a risk is a risk...it IS still possible to contract hiv on the first time.
test to not only put your mind at ease...but more importantly to know your status.

You can't gauge your HIV status by symptoms such as cold frequency. Only a test will tell you your status.

Your chances of getting HIV from this one incident are vanishingly low, yet it doesn't make a lot of sense to let the doubt to continue to play on your mind.

Get tested and you can put this behind you for good. Expect a negative result.
