HIV through hand jobs

i'm 29 uncircumsized asian male, just wondering my case, since i worried sick about this, and afraid of give this to my wife and son... so here's the story, i will do my best describe my situation that got me worried sick.
7 dec 2009 i go to massage parlour where there i receive a hand job, and she also use a massage oil to give the handjob, the first she got her hand on my penis, he open the foreskin and start to stroke, after a few stroke i tell her it's to sensitive, pull the skin back and stroke it like that.. after it's done, the sperm is on my stomach and being wiped by tissue by her, after that i wash the penis, where i pour quite lot of water but i think i only use little soap to clean it, since it still looks oily and i let it be since i think the place is dirty, so i figured i will wash it clean at home, then i go for a hot water (40 c degrees) dip about 10 minutes then go straight home, after that i wash again my penis using soap... in the morning when i open the foreskin i can still see oily residue, so i wash completely clean that time
27 dec 2009 i got quite a bad flu, so i decided to rest for the day, and sleep separately on diff rooms, but that night i can't sleep because itch all over my body, what i think it's because of that bed is dirty, so i get back to my rooms and have sleep, i have a good one..
on 28 or 29 (i forgot) i realized that i have a scratch on my penis, that's when i've gone paranoid thinking myself got GO, HSV or HIV, (i think it's because i have quite "rough" night with my wife) i have an intercourse day before, then i dip my head of penis in a dettol solution that i put in a water scoop in the bathroom, and i do this for 2 days and got my self in a deeper trouble, feels burn sensation and has red dots on my penis glans and also i have rash on my left hand below the little finger, it feels sore (i think because i wash my hand too much)
after can't sleep for a few days because of this, i decided to go to a genital doctor and he said that this is an irritation because of Dettol solution, he gives a balm the next day it got better
since the day i got flu, i always had my nose blocked sensation, but i'm not flu, don't know why, i even got GERD because worrying to much i guess...
now i didn't know how to check on the lymph node, but i know that my groin lymph node and armpits not swelling (i think) and also below my jaw also not swelling but. i experience fatigue and sometimes joint paint which i considered normal since i have to drive in cars more than 3-4 hours a day, and also need to take care my still infant son and lack of sleep, sleep 10-11 pm, got up on 6.30 am, sometimes quite bad cough (the doctor said because of GERD), and experience warm palm, and felt my breath is warm on the nose, but when i take the thermometer it's normal..
sorry for the long story, finally this is the question
1. could HIV virus travel through the massage oil if the women has cuts in her hands? (which i don't know) since i'm uncircumsized
2. if i get a test for HIV which now already week 11 would it be accurate?
3. can HIV infect someone in a hot tub? (which i presume can't)
4. what the chance of me getting a HIV through a handjob where i describe the situation..?

You cannot get HIV from oily hand job.
