Extreme Worry

I have always been cautious of my surroundings and staying 100% healthy. But,I do have some concerns. I have 4 situations that are bothering me badly. 1st- Back in 7th grade, I received a pair of earrings from my friend. Being a pree-teen, I did not think to sanitize them before wearing them. How common is it for people too contract hiv or other infectious diseases from sharing earrings? 2nd-I was in my room making up my bed and all of the sudden I felt a scratch on my leg and I immediately panicked. I looked at my leg and noticed a scratch. I do not have any needles of any sort in my room, but my sister was in my room and she may have planted something near my bed so it can purposely scratch me. She then left the room shortly after and I can't help to think that maybe she planted something in my room to harm me. I ask her and she said no and I was just being paranoid like always. But, I wouldn't put anything past her. I haven't known her to have an needles of any kind, but you never know what people are capable of these days. My question is, If it was needle that scratched me, could a contract a disease that way? Would I have known if a needle scratched or poked me? I looked at my leg and only saw a scratch, it wasn't a scratch, but I have brown skin and where I felt something, it made my skin become ashed. I put alcohol all over my leg to see if I had a burning sensation, but I didn't. But, now I leg does feels like it has a burning sensation. Is that all in my head? If I go to the hospital, would they administer PEP injections to stop be from contracting any diseases? 3rd- I was at school and I was admiring my classmates jacket and I asked how deep did the pockets go and she told me to feel for myself. I asked her was anything in there before I put my hand in there and she assured me nothing was in there. So, i stuck my hand inside her pocket, but I felt something. It was gum wrapper and a penny, I believe. I looked at my hand and I had some golden shimmery stuff on my hand. This same classmate, had told me earlier that some people were out to get her because she got them fired. she also told me that they have been putting metal shavings all threw her house, her clothing, and etc. The metal shavings are effecting her health. (she caught them on survelience entering her house). If they will go to extremes to do that, I wonder what else they were capable of of. So, if they had put a needle/suringe in her jacket, I would have felt it, if it poked me correct? 4th- how common is it to get hiv or any other infectious disease by French kissing/ open mouth kissing?

HIV is unable to reproduce outside its living host (unlike many bacteria or fungi, which may do so under suitable conditions), except under laboratory conditions; therefore, it does not spread or maintain infectiousness outside its host.

HIV is transmitted by;
Unprotected penetrative anal and/or vaginal sex
Sharing works with other IV drug users
Mother to child

You won't contract HIV this way because it can't survive on fomities like toilet paper but you could get a bacterial infection.

This is not a what if game. This really happened. I just didn't know if the tissue was used or not. it was just laying there. That's why I asked. Just in case the tissue was used.

okay thank you. One more question this might sound extreme but I'm curious. Hypothetically speaking, if someone uses toilet paper that has already been used by someone else (obviously, this person did not know that the toilet paper was already used) and they are a female and they wipe themselves. If that person who used the tissue first had hiv or any other disease, could it be transmitted to the female who used the toilet paper to wipe herself?

No way,HIV can't survive outside of the human body & like i said before saliva destroys HIV.Don't be afraid of this virus unless you engage in the activities i mentioned above which you have not.

what about drinks? Earlier today, I was opening a bottle of juice. I do not remember if I heard the safety seal break when I twisted the cap open. If the seal was in fact broken by someone else and they put their blood into the juice and I took one or two sips of the possible tainted liquid, could Hiv or any other disease be transmitted that way. What If there was a small cut in the inside of my cheek or a deep cavity?

HIV transmission occurs inside the body so any object you come in contact with will not infect you.HIV is transmitted by engaging in unprotected penetrative vaginal or anal sex,sharing syringes & infected mother to baby,that's about it really.You have nothing to worry about with the situations you have described.Saliva destroys HIV,also HIV becomes inactive & unable to infect you once exposed to air.
