Oral sex

Hello everyone - Please help me...

I received unprotected oral sex from a bisexual male about 3 months ago. I did not perform oral sex on him, but I may have licked his (not erect) penis very briefly a few times before realizing this was too risky for me - I immediately stopped. I also did not ejaculate in his mouth - I'm VERY worried that I may have been exposed to HIV. I got a test at about the 4 week mark and it was negative. He's told me that he is not infected several times already.

Can someone please comment on my situation - do I need to worry about being infected?

Thank you very much for your comments!
