stupid incident and health risks??

I recently had an incident that I am not very proud of. This involved a CSW where we were both clothed w underwear and what took place could be most easily described  as a "lap dance".  Skin to skin contact but no genital contact. The reason i am so anxcious is bc there was cocaine involved. I used a pen that had never been used before. When she was present I noticed what looked to be dried blood on the end of it when i took it from my nose.  It was very little that I did and wouldn't think that it would cause my nose to bleed bc I am not a regular user of the drug. I am about 95% sure she wasn't using cocaine and didn't use the pen. i was out of her presence for about a minute or two at most. I was in an altered state of mind at the time so my mind begins to get the best of me at this point. What  if it were not my blood at the end of the pen?!
I just recently had a complete physical and came back totally healthy. Having that piece of mind was incredible and feel like I have lost it due to this incident.  Please shed some light on risk factors and if you would suggest me retesting.
I just previously posted this on another forum and now posting here to hear from a Dr. (expert). Thank you so much in advance for your help!

In your question itself, you provide a clear analysis of why you could not have caught HIV.  I agree with your reasoning.  For what it is worth, I am unaware of any reported occurrence of HIV transmission by sharing cocaine snorting equipment.  If it occurs, it is too rare to worry about.  And from your description, it sounds like that didn't happen anyway (but of course only you can judge that; there is no way I can tell).  And HIV isn't transmitted sexually through clothing.  And HIV is rare among heterosexual women in the US and most industrialized countries.

So my conclusion is that there was no HIV risk.  You have no cause for worry and do not need HIV testing.

I see this is your second low- to zero-risk, anxiety-driven question on this forum in the past 4 months.  Please note the MedHelp rule about a maximum of 2 questions every 6 months on the moderated forums (see Terms and Conditions).
