Teak and Lizzie please answer... many thanks

Teak,
I get my result ( use ELISA) just in 3 hours in same day. I'm in Indonesia, not modern country.
This is not rapid test, since the hospital mention elisa in the paper.
Non reactive 0.08

But according to the Dr. HHH http://www.medhelp.org/posts/HIV-Prevention/Worried/show/1219676
The Elisa test takes few  days to get the result.
Is it correct? Please advise me.

Thanks
