swollen lymph nodes now

hi every1! really sorry for coming back with another issue but i have to ask as well u here for us. A year now still testing hiv with skin problem like falling hair, itchy like biting sensation with no rush and just 10 days back my dermatolog said that it scabies, im now under scabies's treatmens but never take any tablets yet. just this morning i fee a little bit pain wlhich i see it must be lymph nodes because i got hairy tongue with coated and red spot. my exposure was in2010 DEC in whic i have been scratch in my back very badly by 1 lady hiv+ but i was protectd with condoms. really scabies can cause all these symptoms? this is not part of hiv?
