LAst answer Your exposure, including rubbing your penis on her vagina without penetration, was no risk. The symptoms you describe are not suggestive of HIV.

and now i have bloody taste in my mouth and sores in the roof of my mouth are these symptoms hiv related ?
doctor sorry but you didnt mention this if rubbing my penis out side her vagina(while she is in her period ) would increase my risk ?
thank you doctor now i have a little bit peace of mind cause when i take antibitoc symptoms goes right away
Antibiotics have no effect on the symptoms of early HIV infection. Nothing you have mentioned however suggests that you had early HIV. EWH
thank you for your answer doctor but i need only a little clarification if someone have praimary hiv symptoms and took antibiotic form the first day he got them can they go away from the second day ?
In preparing to answer your question I read your earlier posts, both on the International HIV Prevention Forum an on the HIV Prevention Community sites. I agree with the answers you have received. I will summarize and repeat them once again.
Your exposure was over 8 weeks ago and included unprotected oral sex and condom protected vaginal sex with a partner of unknown HIV status who may have been menstruating at the time. Since then you have had a variety of symptoms including fever, loose bowel movements, sore throat, a pain in the neck and a sore tongue. These symptoms have occurred at different times.
The exposure you describe did not put you at risk for HIV. Condom protected sex is safe sex and there is no risk of HIV from oral sex. There is no medical reason to seek testing related to this exposure however if you wish to test for your own peace of mind, a test result now, more than 8 weeks after your exposure, will provide definitive evidence that you did not get HIV. Further, your symptoms do not suggest HIV. If they bother you, you should discuss this with a doctor.
In answer to your specific questions:
1. Unlikely however only a doctor can tell you if you have a swollen lymph node. If you do, it is like due to something other thna HIV.
2. Your symptoms are not likely to be due to HIV.
3. You are not at risk.
I hope these comments help. Take care. EWH
