Can cold hands and knee stiffness/shakiness be HIV symptom?

On the Jan 29 I had a sexual encounter with a young lady from China, she already left the country. It was a hand job on me and I did some nipple sucking for 30 seconds. I might have touched her vagina before sucking the nipples.

Right after I felt a little sore throat and little fatigue.
The next day I slept like 9 hours, but still felt tired. overall less energy during the day
When I touch things, everything seemed cold and cold things seemed painful.
It felt nausea after drinking water in the morning a few times
Also, my knees started shivering when I was hungry never happened before
Felt some discomfort under my right ribs

Currently
My knees and calves are very weak. ( I see this might be a virus invading bone marrows)
Having shortness of breath.
White rashes in my throat and on the side of my mouth
Also still have increased cold sensitivity when I touch things

I did 4th gen HIV testing on Feb 3, it came back negative. I believe it was too soon
I have taken an RNA test on Feb 11, which is 13 days after possible exposure. waiting on the result

"also a liver pain got added on the top of it." How do you know that your liver is "causing pain"?

New symptoms are brittle nails and it is painful when i chew
As stated by multiple members, you did not have any risk for HIV.  Since this forum is for HIV questions only, we're closing this thread. Your symptoms do sound annoying and painful, and we hope you are able to find out the non-HIV related caused of these symptoms.

You had ZERO risk.  ZERO.  If this is not something you can accept, you are having a mental health issue.  You should call your doctor immediately about this and if you are considering harming yourself, go to the ER immediately or call 911.  You do NOT have HIV.

"my knees started shivering when I was hungry never happened before"
I doubt there is any disease that makes knees shiver when a person is hungry. I think you are overly worried and might be imagining some things like this for instance, but see doc if concerned. Besides, you can't have hiv per the above explanation.

I have checked my blood sugar level, I have always done intermittent fasting with longer hours, never happened before. Today shivering and leg pain became constant all day also a liver pain got added on the top of it. Not trying to say I have HIV, which I do not want to happen. But there is something is clearly wrong.
"But there is something is clearly wrong." You should take your temperature with a thermometer instead of guessing there is a problem. You don't have any medical background to be able to diagnose disease.
See doc for any diagnosis instead of just picking the first  disease you could think of, namely hiv, that you weren't even exposed to.
Your guessing has made you waste a lot of your life, because the ideas that you have presented are not logical but diagnosing disease requires a scientific approach  instead. Only a doctor has the scientific background to determine if you really have any problem but if any exists, it sure isn't hiv.

This is NOT a risk for HIV, and you do not need to test. The only risks for HIV in adults are:
1) Having unprotected anal or vaginal sex, or
2) sharing intravenous needles.

You had ZERO risk for HIV.  Neither HIV nor any STD would show symptoms within 24 hours, but that's really irrelevant as you had no chance of getting HIV from this encounter.  You can't get HIV from touching anything, or from licking anything, even if it is a part of the body.

There is no reason to test for HIV since you were never exposed to HIV.  Whatever is causing your medical symptoms has nothing to do with HIV.
