Semen penis contact

Hi,

I recently had an incident at a party where a man touched my penis with his hand and got semen on my penis. I quickly wiped it off with a paper towel, but I am concerned about the risk of his semen traveling into my urethra and the associated risk of HIV. Should I be concerned? I have never engaged in this behavior before, should I get an HIV test? I don't know if the man was infected.  Should I be concerned about other stds? Thanks.

Thanks for your replies. Do you still think the risk is zero if I'm pretty sure the semen got on the head of my penis and maybe the tip? Thanks again.
