9 week oraquick blood test

Hello everyone I engaged in sex with a female of unknown status. She performed oral on me with out protection. Then we rubed genitals with no insterting in vaginal canal. I put on a condom then we had sex vaginally only I then removed the condom. But did not inspect it to see if there was any tips or tears. I began to worry about hiv. So I had a 7 week oraquick finger test at our local clinic. It came out negative and I had another one at 9 weeks also negative. My question is since it is a rapid test "2nd" generation test. Is it not accurate enough to detect the antibody? Please respond

If the condom broke at the tip it should have rolled down and exposed the head of the penis right ?

If there was a tear you would know it. Condoms don't usually tear they break open usually at the tip. Your test won't change as you had no exposure.

Thank you for you comment I understand no risk involved if the condom was intact. But what if there was a tear what it have been noticeable . Will my 9 week test change?
