Could I have HIV

I had a massage approx 4- 5 weeks ago with a female CSW.  i received a condom blow job, received unprotected analingus, and I fingered her without a glove. now I have a small itchy mosquito bite looking welt on my back with some red streaks, it's near the bottom of my rib cage on the right side of my back. I also had a row of small 3-5 little bumps on the inside of my right arm, looks like the heat rash pimples babies get.  once near the wrist, then they are almost gone and then three new ones near my elbow.  I just lost a close loved one so I now have diarreah, fatigue, and 8-9 pounds weight loss over the course of a few days.  this could be because of grief, but the rash is scaring me.  my shoulders feel sunburned, too.  I have had unprotected sex with my wife, and I'm nearly suicidal with worry.  I have read a gazillion times that analingus (receiving) and fingering (even with an abrasion on cuticle, which I had) is no risk, but this rash has me worried, as does my skin sensitivity.  the pimply things happened before the relative's death, as did some itching under my left collarbone and above R knee.  the itching and rash is very transient.  the pimply things never itched, but they are not totally leaving either. am I destined to be the guy who gets infected from fingering and getting licked?

I'm still very anxious and need to sneak away to get tested. I don't feel "normal" and fear I've infected my wife. I'm worried that the sore on my cuticle was an entry point. I don't have rash or fever, but my skin always feels sensitive. I haven't gained the 8 pounds back and I'm freaked out. I'll post my test results in 2 weeks. If I'm positive I'll be a cautionary tale that fingering with altered skin integrity /cuticle sore from hangnail can indeed transmit. I can also rule out any other exposure so this would definitely be it. I'll also probably be divorced and depressed

Normally I wouldn't worry but the rash kind of threw me. No swollen nodes no headache, and I think the weakness and diarrhea are my nerves from losing a very close relative and lack of appetite and sleep
