test reliability, need right advice

hi, i live in middle east,, 4.5 months after a sexual incident with a girl, i could by five finger-stick rapid tests from a local distribution company. the product was Acon Tri-Line HIV1/2/0 rapid test. all 5 tests came back negative.
according to my search results and existing documents:
1- the device itself is not FDA approved BUT:
3- the test device is among USAID approved hiv rapid test devices.
2- the manufacturer is an american-based firm and is a FDA registered company (ACTIVE registration) and owns FDA approvals for lots of its products other than its hiv rapid tests. it is also ISO13485 certified company for its quality system and owns CE-Certificates for many of its products, which shows it is a reputable company.
3- the product i bought had the manufacturer's hologram on its package.
4- the product brochure claims a 99.8 percent sensitivity for the product.
5- the local distributor owns some management certificates and awards.
6- the distributor told me that they sell this rapid tests to a lot of clinics and labs.
7- i myself found a research article from internet done in africa by Acon rapid tests and it says the tests were able to pick up all infected persons.
8- and finally i myself checked two samples of Acon hiv rapid tests on a known hiv positive person in a clinic and both of the tests showed reactive in less than 5 minutes.
now, can i accept my five test results done 4.5 months post exposure, and forget about retesting?

Nothing you did put you at risk for HIV, you would know if you inserted you penis into a women you dont forget that.  Yes anal sex is painful for women without lube.  You never had a risk and never needed testing.

You do not have hiv

receiving short time oral  and penis anal rubbing but when i think about that day i think to myself: what if i penetrated her anally without knowing or remembering it? she herself told me there was no anal penetration because it is painful and can not happen so easily without lubrication, is she right??. and i myself also think there was no penetration because i did NOT intend to do it without condom, but  i don't know where are these thoughts coming to my mind from!  of course i am a hiv phobia person. overthinking about this issue. what's your opinion?

4.5 months is enough. No need for retesting. Stay well.

thanks for your comment, i myself think if there was anything, at least one of the tests would show it, and i think i can rely on those 8 viewpoints i declared in my first post... i DO NOT live in the US and as i know FDA is a strict approval for selling the devices in the US not other countries and maybe it is mandatory in US clinics as guideline. and i remember Dr. Handsfield said lack of FDA approval doesn't mean the lack of quality of the test, but i beleive having FDA can prove its accuracy...and FDA testing is not available in many countries evenin lab based devices,,,as only few brands of rapid tests are FDA approved allover the world.  i just wanted american posterss' opinions.
by the way, i also used a "surecheck chembio" rapid test at 3.5 months post exposure,,,negative,,,.
i saw its FDA approval in the FDA website as i can remember.

what do you mean?!  i took another two tests which i bought and went to a clinic and wanted the nurse to test a hiv positive person with those rapid test devices. i told her i want to check the accuracy of this device. she agreed and we tested a patient and both tests showed positive for that patient. then the nurse showed her interest to buy some of those kits for her job!.

How did you check two samples on HIV infected people yourself in a clinic?
