Yesterday I did sex with a.sexworker here in Brazil. The moment  I insert my penis the condom and I took out my penis imediatly. It was very fast. I washed my penis and changed the condom. After sex, the woman told me that she always use condom with clients. But she does not use it with her boyfriend, but they test non-reactive 2 months ago for all STI. Dr. E.W.H said that I don't need a PEP, but I can't relax. What.do you think? Should I  take PEP?

You can obtain your conclusive test results 3 months post exposure.

I would like to tell you some news

Two days after the exposure I asked the lady to test (I went with her to a lab) and she test negative (rapid test).

Seven days later after the esposure I tested a PCR and the results came negative too.

Yesterday completed 4 weeks and I tested a Duo. Negative again.

I know any of these tests can be considered negative, but taking in consideration them and my low risk, the odds are very low now. Am I wrong?

Reading again my initial text, I realized that I did not type the word "broke" after condom.  But I am sure you understood the context. Thanks again

If Dr.H said no PEP then I  would listen to him!  He is a well known expert on HIV and there is no reason for you not to trust his advice. I'd put it behind you and find something more important to worry about.
