you had protected sex..you did not have a risk and did not need the test to begin with..
go see a doctor regarding your health concerns

my exposure was condom protected sex with a csw 7 weeks ago, I have done various test in this 7 weeks. starting with p24 antigen test at 18 weeks to dna pcr, hiv antibody,WB all came back negative till now bt the symptoms m facing is freaking me out.I m still facing symptom in the 8th week. [:(]
Negative is negative (but note you need to test again at 12 wks for a conclusive result). Biology is not an exact science. Antibodies are not 100% specific and hence there's some degree of reaction to HIV antigens even in people who don't have HIV. This is also the reason why some people who are negative may actually test positive, requiring other tests to be used.
For the test to indicate HIV it has to be a strong reaction, indicating that the immune system has formed specific antibodies against HIV in sufficient quantity which is found in people with HIV.
negative is negative. i've never seen a 0.0 test result and it does not mean you have antibodies present in your body.
all you've done is ask about testing. what was your risk?
