very stressed

Hi, I'm a 34 year old male and I'll start off with this. My situation is thus, I am married and have a newborn but in oct of 2006 I experimented with a guy I met on a swingers website, he claimed to also have a family and was healthy. It was one time protected anal and unprotected oral with sperm in my mouth. I regret every minute of it. Ever since I have had lots of strange symptoms some I had before others not. I did find a stomach bacteria called hpylori that I could assosiate some of the symptoms with. Now I had a standard elisa test and a full std test between 12 and 13 weeks later and was neg and 41/2 months I met with a nurse and gave me a rapid saliva test(orasure) that was also neg. At the time of my regretible incident my wife and I were trying for a baby she got pregnant end of dec. At the time of her three month std test done for pregnancy she was neg also. I called this guy 20 times pleading with him to tell me the truth and he kept telling me he was healthy. Then I purchased a rapid test at 8 months after and did it myself and it was neg. That did not last very long as I found out those tests are not fda approved. I am still very stressed, I Love my new family very much and need your advice. Are my tests conclusive no matter what symptoms I have, Thank you.

Conclusive.  You are negative.  Forget it and move on.  The tests don't lie.
