Could I have symptoms of ARS

Back in January I met up with a girl I met on a dating site.  We had an encounter in which I
did some things with her that I now regret.  We engaged in unprotected oral sex.  I went
down on her and ingested some of her vaginal fluids.  My tongue went inside
of her. She also went down on me for about twenty minutes at a time.
We also did some rimming, but we did not have intercourse.

About a week and a half after the encounter I came down with the chills and had a fever of
a 99.7.  I had stomach pain and appetite loss, I also developed a light rash around both of
my armpits.  The rash is light colored and has the same pattern on both sides of my body.
I rebounded from the light fever and chills within two to three days.

About three weeks after that I started to have the chills again. About two days into this,
my body started feeling very warm, particularly in my groin area, armpits, and rectum.
I also felt warm all over, but the strange thing is, I would take my temperature and it
would be a 98.6.  I have not experienced swollen lymph nodes, but the original rash
is still on my body, it is still light and color and flaking a bit. I have also felt a bit
tired over the past week. It's now been a week and a half since the chills and my body
is finally starting to not feel as warm as it did.

Could my rash and light fever be symptoms of ARS from my encounter with this girl?

I have been very scared about this for the past couple days.

Even if you swallowed her vaginal fluids. NO RISK.

Even if I swallowed her vaginal fluids that wouldn't put me at risk?
