I just want to have this concept clear....  If somebody performs oral sex on a man, even if unprotected, there is no need to test??

Enough is enough. We have given you our risk assestment that you had no risk. You had protected oral sex. See a therapist for your anxiety issues. This forum has nothing more to add.

No clue where smith125 got his info but no regular educated poster on this forum as well as the 5 Dr's in the expert community will agree with his assestment.

The doc has always said that there is no need to test in the case of Oral sex exposures. At least in all the readings i've done

"Neither of us on this site have ever seen or reading the medical literature of a convincing instance in which HIV was passed by oral sex.  This includes by all of the people who had gum disease, sores in the mouth or oral bleeding etc." - Edward W Hook, MD.

Their is a need to test if you have cuts in your month or open soars. A 3 month antibody test is conclusive since it is considered very low risk.
