what is the exposure risk with piercings

Wiu
Good day
Im worried
I had my 3 year old girls ears pierced at a beauty parlor in a mall.
It was an impulsive decision Ive made walking past the parlor.
They used the studex system 75
And during the whole processed Id never focused on what they were doing with the earings, I never saw the removing it from the sterile packages as I were so concerned about my little girl and if she is ok with it getting her ears pierced and oprating my 7 month old on the other hand.
The ladies performing the piercings never wore gloves.
So as they were about to do the piercings at the same time the one lady alerted the other one that something were wrong with the stud in the cartridge and so she took the piercing gun and disposable cartridge out of my view into another room as I were staying with my little girl.. So I never saw what she did with the gun or the stud used to pierce my girls ear... Im worried Sick I never in that situation realised the risk I put my child in..
Lets state worst case scenario
Lets say the lady went out of the room took the stud dipped the end of it in a syringe with Hiv positive blood...( the reason why she would do it is irrelevant) and came back to pierced my girls ear with it..( time laps about 14-20s  from transmission to piercing) I know it sounds redicoulis but what is the changes of Hiv survival in this case and transmission.

Hi,
There is no risk of hiv transmission for this incident.
HIV can be transmitted via unprotected vaginal or/and anal penetration, sharing IV works in drugs and from mother to child
Take care
