whats wrong with me
Day1: Drinking a lot and Deep kiss and protected vaginal sex but cant ejaculate due to heavy drinking and took out condom(and probably washed and try to sleep) and suddenly she gave oral sex (some site says 1 of 4 female sex work in Myanmar is HIV positive)
Day 30: Sore throat starts(not so severe) tried to fix it myself with lots of gargle with mouthwash and drinking water a lot, but not much helpful.
Day 42 Got test from Australian Lab at that time, I complained sore throat and Ulorogy doctor gave 3 days antibiotics(Zithromax 250mg) and it helped some.
Day 46: test result all negative(STD and HIV by combo P25/Antibody test)
Day48:Noticed black hairy tongue(probably by antibiotic or excessive mouthwash according to some web,or any other reason???
Day 52:went to see ENT doctor becoz still felt some pain in my throat(only one side and by scope I noticed lots of inflammation in my throat. Reddish dots). got antiinflammation medicine(cellbrex 180mg for 7days)
Day 59: after finish that medicine, went to see ENT doctor again becoz still uncomfortable even better than before. gave me 5 days medicine again.
Day 60: now
1. How realiable six week test result by Combo test method
2. Say,if sore throat is ARS(which started 5th wk), almost 10days till test time is enough to produce detectable antibody?
( I got confused that some say 2-6 week for Acute symptom and your coloum says 1-2 weeks_
anyway, I do not have any other symptoms except this sore throat,say no fever, etc.)
3.Even now I still feel some uncomfort in my throat( sore throat lasted more than one month even improved a lot),but I noticed my circumvillate papillae enlarged n black hairy tongue) and some light brownish color on my tongue.
Some web site says in rare case black hairy tongue is sign of early HIV infection.
What is your opinion on my sore throat? Is it really ARS and my antibody production is late, therefore, six week(42days) test shows negative?

Your concerns are unwarranted. Your sex was protected and your tests are negative.
1. Test results are reliable
2. This was not ARS. Tests proved this.
3. See your ENT for the tongue problem, this is not HIV
Bottom line. Your exposure was low risk, your tongue problems are not ARS and you do not ahve HIV. Time to stop worrying about HIV and move on. EWH

Yesterday I got test again at 10.5weeks negative.
I thought it is over even though they say 3 months and 6 months.
when I went to get test, your reply was really my last resort to hold me firm.
Once again I appreciate and wish to forget all nightmare.

You have no reason to be concerned and certainly no reason to think that you are infected and your seroconversion is delayed. You do not have HIV. Symptoms are unreliable. I will not repeat this again. EWH
I am very sorry again. In addition to my above queston, Is 6 week test too early to judge?

I am so so so afraid that soemthing wrong since I was drunken at that night. Assuming, something wrong than my above description, please give me some answer to my question. In order to explain situation exactly,I am very sorry to write that lengthy. I am really worried that my seroconversion time may not belong to majority of people,otherwise,HIV in Myanmar something different? Please help me. Sorry and Thank you.
you had condom protected sex so that is not even a risk and you had a 6 week negative . I would call that negative and conclusive . If you had condom protected sex with no failure you didnt need to test anyways .
One time black hairly tongue 3 days after antibiotics and now no more. Only circumvillate papillae enlarged and no black hairy tongue and some light brwonish color deep inside of tongue sometimes( above description wrong)
