after the incident (risky exposure) my question are will the window period stay the same for m

Your blood test is reliable.  Believe the result.  No need for further testing.  Your symptoms are not due to HIV.  EWH

Welcome to the Forum.  Current tests for HIV accurately detect HIV within 8 weeks of exposure to an infected partner.  In your case you had two highly reliable, negative tests more than 8 weeks after your exposure of concern.  this test results are reliable and should be believed- you did not get HIV from the exposure that you described.  That you had sex three weeks after your exposure of concern would not change the performance of the tests.

You can be confident that you did not get HIV from the exposure that you have described.  EWH
