Am I at risk of catching hiv? Plz help

I have been dating my gf for a year and a half now. A year ago she applied for a work permit and they had her blood check including hiv and the results came negative. About 3.5 months ago she moved in with me and we had sex without a condom. ( I'm not sure when our last encounter was)About a month ago we went on a trip to NYC and it was very crowded and colder than our current place.. 2 days after the trip I had a sore throat runny nose and I found a blood blister inside my mouth No fever.. I freaked out and went to see a doctor and she told me was a virus it will go away on its own and it's true it's gone without a trace(it was not painful) around the same time she had a sore throat too and a cough.
Since then I have been freaking out about hiv. I made her take the Oraquick swap and the result came negative and I did too and the results came negative. We have been living together for the past 3 months and we work together at the same place . We are almost together 247.. she is not very active sexually and  she hates me now for constantly freaking out about hiv.. she keeps saying if you have it it's from me but I don't have it. I mean she is right she doesn't have the virus thus she can't give it to me.
My question is: is the oraquick test we took reliable?
I went to a clinic today and got a rapid swap test again and the result was negative.
Help me stop this thinking that's killing me plz
People are saying to me that my risk is Zero.
She doesn't have it I should move on.
I'm considering seeing a therapist soon
Plz help

If neither you or her have stepped out and had unprotected sex or injected any drugs with someone hiv positive, there is no risk (considering she had not tested during the window period of an exposure). I would advise you, if you cannot trust your girlfriend refrain from ever having unprotected sex. For peace of mind get a hiv duo at 28 days. Replace your worries with facts

Thanks
I have a couple of questions that I'm curious about:
1- I read on some forum from an "expert" that the rapid test can detect the virus 4-6 wk after exposure. How likely that the result will change after 4wk?

2- I have been having unprotected sex with my gf for the past 2 months, in this case do I calculate the period from last time we had sex?
.- (Usually the way we do it : we have unprotected sex for 2-5 minutes and then I use protection: I'm sure I have no cuts or anything on my penis.. does it make any difference?)

The oral swap I did today was about 5-8 weeks after our last encounter could be more but I'm not very certain
