I just wanted to ask a question...If someone has any STD, wud ur ESR still be normal or it cannot be normal??

no i am not asking about HIV. I am just asking that if someone has an STD, wud it show up in his ESR...Like I got my ESR done, it was normal and great so does that mean that I dont have any STD??
