Perhaps your yeast infections and oral thrush are from Candida... Has your doctor ever explored that possibility? It can also cause headaches and other physical pain. My other guess is that you might still be feeling guilty about the man who gave you Trich.
You don't have HIV, move on.
I don't think you have HIV...
Antibody test can be negative all the time if the person is in the advance stage and not getting any treatment but the viral load will be skyhigh and CD4 count will be drop low...
Your neg antybodi test (over 9 months post exposure), undetectable VL and good CD4 count, can only one thing that you don't have HIV.
Level with your husband, if you already did then try to accept that you are HIV free, maybe you just can't let go and it gives you all the symptoms that you have right now, I think you might have severe anxiety and deppresion disorder...Try the counselling again (and a psichiatrist if you haven't had one)...
Hope for the best for you!
Be well, stay well.
GOD Bless!

Yes people can have no VL but they will test positive for antibodies. You stated you had a negative HIV test. How long after your exposure was it that you tested?
