Low risk, negative tests, Rhumatic heart condition

Hello doctor,

This is my recent risk, Stripper gave me a handjob while i fingered her for two three times), after 14 minutes I masturbated myself without washing hands. I developed swollen testicle at 9 days groin pain started after 12 days Swollen testicles and pain gone after 6 weeks.. Got a kind of white tongue on 26 days, this is very mild if iam brushing the tongue its going.. In 9th week small itchy pink rashes on backside of biceps, a very small one on right ear, one more smallest one on left palm. I also have headaches started in 7th week.

But I DO NOT have fever, diarrhea, sore throad, fatigue, weight loss, lost of appetite. I dont have any of these.

BUT I have rheumatic heart condition from my childhood so I have been taking penicillin shots from many years, would that affect any of these tests.

Do i have compromised immune system.

Test taken:
HIV RNA Qualitative 13 days- Negative
HIV PCR DNA 24 days- negative
HIV Antibody 1 and 2 at 24 days Negative
HIV RNA qualitative at 34 days negative.
5th week HIV antibody 1 and 2 taken at LabCorp Negative
8th week HIV antibody 1 and 2 at LabCopr Negative

Please help me doctor...

Thanks,
Pradeep

Welcome to our Forum. I can see from your many posts over the past few days that this exposure has you quite worried about HIV however I can assure you that NONE of the activities that you describe are associated with any risk at all for HIV. There are no cases of HIV which have EVER been reported from masturbation, not any.  Furthermore, you do not even know that you were exposed.  Most exotic dancers do not have HIV and even most truly penetrative sexual encounters (which you did not have) do not lead to infection.

Finally, the testing you have had has already provided definitive evidence that you were not infected by HIV during the encounter that you describe.  Neither your rheumatic heart disease, nor your penicillin shots would have any effect at all on your risk for HIV or on your test results.

Further testing is a waste of time and money and, if the symptoms you have mentioned in this and other posts continue to bother you, focusing on the possibility of HIV will only delay finding out what it truly going on.

I hope this comment is helpful. EWH

Last answer.  No, your immune system is not compromised becasue of your rheumatic heart disease.

This will end this thread.  EWH

Doctor your words are comforting, but I still have this chronic headache that started 4 weeks back. And from last 10 days i have this itchy and pinching feeling here and there on my body and sometimes they result in tiny pink acne kind of bumps that go away in a day or two. I am literally terrified by all of these. I am planning to take a 10 week test this Friday.

1. Even if i had any exposure can I move on with my life looking at the tests I have taken.
Yes, I have already said that.

2. I am married so can I continue my life as normally with my wife. Me and my wife had oral sex after 3 weeks of my possible exposure, she also started having headaches after that. Does it have any link to my exposure.
No, your wife's headaches are not a sign of HIV.

3. If for my peace of mind can I take a test at 12 weeks and would that be conclusive. .
I've already told yu that there is no medical need for further testing.  If you choose to do so, that is up to you.  The results will not change. EWH

I am going to test at 12 weeks again, can I consider that as conclusive test? Would I need just antibody test at 12 weeks or should i take any other RNA or PCR DNA tests..
