Lesbian frottage risk of HIV

Hi, I am a Bisexual female who had sex with a female. I am a virgin that time and I think she is also but I have no idea about her HIV status. Though I am living in a country where HIV/AIDS is uncommon I am worried that I got it from her.
I just rubbed my ***** over her *****. I'm on top (just like a man on top) and rubber mine on hers. She did not penetrate as well. No vaginal fluid came on her because when I try to finger her, it is wet.

Question:
Can I get HIV because of that?
It is almost 2 years after that. I got my CBC result and my WBC are normal and my lymphocytes are high. I heard that low lymphocyte indicates HIV. I'm so worried though. I need your help! Thank you

HIV is unable to reproduce outside its living host (unlike many bacteria or fungi, which may do so under suitable conditions), except under laboratory conditions, therefore, it does not spread or maintain infectiousness outside its host.

Frottage is not a risk of HIV transmission. You were never at risk and don't need an HIV test.
