i am a 24 years old and found that i have a mild mitral valve prolapse with a mild mitral regurge ..please i need to know is this dangerous thing..and how it will affect my life? how can i reduce any side effects???????

There are different levels for judging how bad valve issues are: Trivial, Mild, Moderate and Severe. You don't have much to worry about. many people have this problem and live perfectly normal lives. This shouldn't affect your life at all unless your fears about it take over.
