it feels like my heart drops and i lose my breath i was dignosed with anxiety disorder in 07' but only took the medicine they gave me for a few months then stopped when i stopped having panic attacks but its 2011 and this feels totally different. its hard to explain but it feels like my heart drops (like when your on a roller coaster ride and your stomach drops) then i lose my breath. whats happening?
