Am glad that worked for you, but salt causes fluid retention with me and makes my systolic run high...my hpertension/nephrologist told me to not use sodium if it says over 325 per serving and not to add salt to my food.
So its hard to know who may benefit from just adding the salt, but am glad you are better.
It's fortunate your diet change and exercise worked for you. But how can you be sure that the "cure" involved the salt increase and was not due simply to the better diet and exercise?? In general, most people don't need additional salt in their diet, what they obtain from from everyday food is more than enough. Excess salt is generally bad, especially for those with high BP and cardiomyopathy. For those reading this, DON'T increase your salt intake. Instead, if you have palps sk your doctor for help and follow a healthy diet and lifestyle. A multivitamin with magnesium and calcium will sometimes help.
I've been reading about Magnesium. My current multivitamin only has 10% daily of it and it's Members Mark. I've been thinking of trying something better, but I definately don't want to overload on magnesium or others... I eat oatmeal, banana'a, Cashew's... wich have natural Magnesium.
Can you recommend a good multivitamin?
I haven't heard anything about Calcium though? I thought some doctors prescribed Calcium Channel Blockers? Or is this something totally different and nothing to to with the natural intake of Calcium?
Thanks.
the doctor I work for just says use the Centrum vitamin. I am taking Vicogen C (OTC) form of vit C because of corners or mouth keep splitting
