Left Main Stem:
• Normal bifurcating vessel.
Left Anterior Descending Artery:
• Tight proximal stenosis with total occlusion after diagonal branch. Dista LAD is normal but ends short of apex. A fair sized diagonal branch shows generalized diffuse disease.
Left Circumflex Artery:
• Moderate proximal stenosis with mild distal disease. Obtuse marginal branches show mild irregularities.
Right Coronary Artery:
• Dominant vessel with total mid occlusion. Distal vessel shows generalized diffuse disease.
LV Angiogram:
• EDV = 110ml
• ESV =34ml
• Ejection Fraction= 69%
CONCLUSION:
Three vessel coronary artery disease.
Good LV systolic function.

I also make a CT.Angiography of my mother and tomorrow i will get the report of CT.Angiography and then share it with you.
After that i need your help and precious opinion & suggestions.
Looking at the report, I think further testing is required to establish if the heart muscle in the apex region is receiving and feeds from anywhere. The Angiogram shows the left anterior descending as blocked in the middle, and the remaining section of vessel (lower part) is dry. Hopefully the muscle is receiving blood from somewhere else, a natural bypass. Your Mother does have the ability to form natural bypasses, she has already done this with the right artery which is blocked at the top. However, it is getting blood from another vessel (probably the Left Circumflex). Definitely more tests required to see if the front, lower part of the heart is necrotic or not. An echo scan will probably be able to see if there is functionality in that region. If they are uncertain, then a nuclear scan will probably be required. The good news is that the left circumflex is mildly, diffusely diseased. So it has a thin layer of disease down most of the vessel, but mild, meaning it can give a good supply to the right side. I'm wondering if the left circumflex is supplying the tissue normally fed by the distal left anterior descending, but we can only guess without more tests.

Are you certain you have copied this report correctly? Only the left circumflex is mentioned twice and the findings totally contradict each other for the same vessel. Are you sure the first left circumflex you mention isn't the left anterior descending?
