Angioplasty

My dad has a angioplasty last wednesday..now what is d risk of heart attack again and what are ways through whch we can reduce the risk

Medication, such as daily aspirin and/or plavix to reduce clotting. Healthy diet, low in fats. Regular exercise. Low emotional stress levels. Have blood cholesterol levels checked every year to ensure they are lower than average. Keep blood pressure normal, even if it involves medication.

All the above will lower the risks for further heart attack.

Tq for ur reply sir,my dad has a heart attack 1 week ago,so doctor done a angioplasty..nw he is at hme..my question is dat what is d chances of heart attack again in future and how we can reduce the chances of it in future..?

Your question is a little confusing, sorry. What were the results of the angioplasty, did it reveal considerable disease? or are you questioning risks of heart attack from the procedure? or are you asking how to lower risks of heart attack in general? In case the latter is the question, which I'm guessing, then lowering risks of heart attack are....
