Can you break or dislodge a lead wire in a pacemaker after trauma to the chest?

I have a biventricular pacemaker implanted 4/2014. I fell on Thursday going down some steps. I fell hard a struck my left chest/ left breast. My left breast is now a deep shade of violet/ purple. I am concerned that I may have possibly done some damage to the lead wires. Is that even possible? I know that the lead are pretty well embedded after 3 years.
