Cardiac or not?

Hi there, and thanks for reading my question
I am 23 year old female couple stones overweight, moderatly fit, occasional drinker, non smoker, no history of major health issues. No history of heart disease anywhere in the family apart from grandfather who suffered angina in his last few years. I suffer with left sided chest pain going into the arm and jaw. I first suffered with this 2 years ago for around 6 months, it went away, then came back around a year later in May this year and hasn't really let up since. The tests i have had are as follows:
ECG (Multiple, probably around 20)
Echocardiogram Nov 2006
Chest Xray (Around 5)
Blood Tests (FBC, Kidneys, Liver, Thyroid etc etc D Dimer, Troponin T (once when pain first presented), Arterial Blood Gas, ANA Antibodies, Rheumatiod Factor, Inflammation)
Brain MRI
48 Hr Holter (2005)
Cardiomemo (2007)

All these tests have come back clear. I saw the cardologist the same time as i had my Echo in 2006. He said he could not find any problem with me and believed my pain was muscularskeletal in origin. My GP has since diagnosed Costochondritis. I am also undergoing investigation for Fibromyalgia re: Widespread Pain and fatigue amonst other things.
I find my chest/arm/jaw is constantly niggling away, but sometimes the pain does come severe which frightens me. Nausea also occasionally accompanies the pain. Last time it was severe was 2 weeks ago. I spent four hours in emergency dept at the hospital. Had 3 x ECG and plenty of blood tests the doctor deemed my heart to be ok and sent me on my way.
I also find if i am suddenly frightened/nervous over something e.g the phone rang at work and it was somebody i hadnt spoken to for a little while so i was excited to speak to him but also a bit nervous and i feel the chest/jaw/arm pain creep in.
I cant put my finger on an actual trigger for the pain, it just comes and goes as it pleases usually. Sometimes agrivated by certain movement sometimes just hurts even though i am doing nothing.
I also think i may suffer with a stomach issue as i find myself frequently nauseaus especially after eating, and also quite gassy.
My question really is does this sound like a cause for concern? Should i be highlighting these issues again with my GP?
