Hello,
I was recently in hospital for initiation of new drugs for my inappropriate sinus tachycardia. The drugs (Ivabradine and Nebivolol) were successful while I was in hospital but since coming home I've been having complications.
I've listed symptoms I've been experiencing below but worst of all would be the chest pain I'm experiencing: I only feel it when I'm walking around but I cannot stand up straight, I am out of breath, I feel I have to bend over to get oxygen into my lungs, it is extremely uncomfortable.
Hot and cold flashes
Sudden dizziness even when sitting
Chest pain
Shortness of breath
Uncomfortable fluttering in chest (not palpitations)
Pressure on area where neck meets chest
Pinching feeling above left collarbone
Complete loss of appetite
Very bad nausea
Weak upper arms
Shaking and weak muscles around thoracic cavity
Strong heart beat (not fast/slow)
Tingling sensations up shoulders, back of neck and scalp
Extreme tiredness
Could it just be my body adapting to my new heart rate? Considering it was about 130-160bpm resting and now it is about 60-80bpm resting.
I feel it may also be a chest infection, could that be possible?
Any answers would be greatly appreciated.
(I am also taking Topamax, Dianette and Trimethoprim daily)
