Cholesterol numbers

I live in Canada and I see here that everyone seems to talk about cholesterol numbers in 100s, where here in Canada they seem to use a different system to show counts. Does anyone know how to convert these numbers to the numbers that the US goes by so when I read these posts I can figure out where I fit in?

here are my numbers:
Cholesterol 3.84
Triglycerides 1.04
HDL 1.37
LDL 2.0
TC/HDL-C Ratio 2.8 (I don't even know what this means)

I get confused about those numbers also because in the UK we use mmol/L as the
recording figure. My numbers are :-
LDL 2.80  HDL 1.3  Trigs 1.2

I think the ratio is the number of bad cholesterol lipids over the good.

To keep my cholesterol that low takes two drugs but I kept eating my usual poor diet
until the balance was obtained so any changes in my diet will be an added bonus.
Atorvastatin 40mg daily keeps my hypercholesterolemia under control on the liver front.
Ezetimibe 10mg daily cuts down fat absorbtion through the gut lining.
