Your experience is probably not the rule and meds may be a necessary and effective part of the OP's treatment.
test showed i had 95% block RCA which was stented, and two 60% blocks in minor branches left posterior which were left alone. This was 5 years ago. I have heavy side effects from medicines, compounded by GAD, but I cannot by feel relate them to my heart itself, only to the meds I'm taking. I'm tempted to trash them all. Don't you try it!
oops, I meant TRIPLE artery disease, not tripe :)
Tripe artery disease is serious and needs lifestyle changes. No smoking, regular exercise and statins are a great start. You then need to look at reducing stess levels and eating a healthier diet. Your 70% blockages are on the button for requiring stents, but they may decide to hold you off using meds. Nothing you take will reduce the blockages, but lifestyle changes can stop the disease worsening.
