Have you had an echo?  I don't believe that an EKG can diagnose  any valve regurgitation issues.  Having any trivial or mild regurgitation does not constitute a heart condition anyway!  As Connie says, with todays advanced equipment, it is considered normal.

I have not heard where mild TR was a reason to stop exercising.  Because of the sensitivity of today's equipment, regurg. is picked up on quite a few people.  I would be shocked if your doctor advises any limitations.

I have moderate MR and no limitations at this time.

Let us know what the doctor says.

Have a nice weekend!
